Service Desk Support
c£24,000 | Bristol
We are currently recruiting a talented service desk analyst to join one of our reputable clients. You will be looking after their internal systems and be a part of a skilled IT team.
Ideal skills required:
- Previous experience doing 1st & 2nd line support
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Server 2008/2012R2
- Experience of working with networks and desktop builds
- Troubleshooting, configuration and support of internal systems
Desirable skills:
- Microsoft Lync or Office 365
- Virtualisation technology
- Citrix Xenapp
- ITIL v3
