Business Change Project Manager

London | £65,000

We are looking to hire a talented project manager to join our team, due to continued growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join an exciting, innovative and fun company who believes in success.

You will be joining our recently developed Business Change Department, helping drive and manage the changes required to support our rapid growth. The successful candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional projects within tight time and cost parameters, and be able to demonstrate successful management of complex stakeholder requirements.

What You'll Do

* Work closely with project owners to support & educate them on running successful business change projects

* Manage communication and stakeholder expectations

* Provide day to day Project Management, including

* Ownership of Business Case, Project Requirements and Project Plans

* Coordinate project activity on a day to day basis and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables

* Manage risks, issues, change requests and dependencies

* Manage resource requirements and conflicts

* Raise issues and risks with business sponsors to gain resolution as required

* Project reporting

* Conduct & support post project checks/ lessons learnt

* Provide advice & guidance to drive adoption of the PMO framework at all levels within business

What You'll Bring

* 3-5 years' Project Management experience

* Able to demonstrate the successful delivery of complex business change projects

* Experience of working for a fast-paced organisation and delivering multiple projects

* Ability to work independently and manage own workload

* Programme Management experience is a benefit

* Proven problem and decision-making skills

* Demonstrable business analysis skills

* Excellent organisational and communications skills

* Sophisticated teamworking skills

* Project Management accreditation is essential e.g. PRINCE 2 Practitioner, AGILE, APMG
