Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Based Kent

Leading financial services business based in Kent is currently growing their Financial Planning and Analysis function and is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to partner with their Operations function.

In the role, you will take responsibility for providing analytical support to new business initiatives. This will involve providing the analysis and input for tactical and strategic business decisions as well as monitoring the ongoing benefits realised. You will also be involved in budgetary planning and providing timely monthly budgetary reporting and insight for the board.

Key to success in the role will be working closely with key stakeholders in the business on key process improvement and efficiency (cost / profit) programmes whilst recognising that as a financial services business there is a key focus on the customer outcomes.

It is likely that you will have worked for another financial services organisation in a similar Finance Business Partner style role, or as a management accountant. You will have strong technical skills, particularly expert level Excel capabilities.
