Excellent Opportunity for a Product Development Engineer to join a growing company in a team leader position, where you will develop in to a senior role in the team.

Are you an electronic engineer with experience of the full product development cycle? Are you looking to develop in to a team leader position?

This company are a leading expert in designing electronic products for use in the automotive industry. They are growing rapidly year on year, and are consistently investing in to growing their Product development team. Due to this growth, they are introducing a new position as a team leader, with opportunities to grow within the business.

This is a highly varied role including all aspects of the product development cycle, including validation, design, managing projects, quality and supplier management. As team leader you will oversee all areas, even if you don't get directly involved with them. You will report in to the product development manager who will support you in your development within the team and company.

This role would be ideal for an ambitious product development engineer looking to join a company who are rapidly growing and keen to support you in your career development.

The Person:

*Knowledge of electronic product development

*Excellent team leadership and communication skills

*Degree educated or equivalent in electronics

Role Benefits:

*£45,000 - £55,000

*Bonus based on company performance, average 10%/year, paid quarterly
