One of the largest insurance organisations in the UK are looking for a HR Advisor to join their Group Head Office for a 9 month contract.

Based in the City of London, as a HR Advisor you will be responsible for coaching and developing managers, providing advice in complex policy and legal areas and manage all employee relation issues such as managing relationships with unions such as Unite.

As a HR Generalist, you will possess the following experience:

* Have HR Generalist experience within a Financial Services Organisation.

* As a HR Generalist you will must possess previous Employee Relation experience, as this role will be managing the employee life cycle.

* The role of a HR Advisor will be responsible for providing additional support to the group head office, therefore experience of administrative tasks within a HR division is required.
