Project Manager (Commissioning)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Laptop + Mobile + Holiday + Pension

On offer is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for increasing profitability on site, while dealing with a variety of projects day to day.

The company have doubled the size of the business over the past 5 years and pride themselves on delivering an excellent customer service. They have recently expanded their services and have been approached by some major construction contracts for the upcoming years.

The role would suit someone who is electrically-bias and has previous experience within Contract/ Project or similar management. Any BMS experience would be highly valuable but not necessary. Day to day, you will be office based in Exeter completing full management of the commissioning process of projects. The role also includes occasional site visits to projects based across the UK.

THE ROLE:

*Mainly office based with some on-site work.

*Full training on Commissioning and Water treatment.

*Design reviews, scheduling and management of process.

*Laptop and mobile provided.

THE PERSON:

*Electrically bias background.

*Knowledge of Contracts or Project Management.

*Any Commissioning Management experience is desirable.

*Commutable to Exeter.
