Aladdin SME required to work for a leading Asset Management orgainisation based in the City of London.

The Role

To develop Aladdin Subject Matter Expertise across the core Aladdin user base including, but not limited to, Front Office, Operations & Investment Risk

Responsibilities required by the Aladdin SME

Delivery/oversight of roll out of Aladdin based solutions design (operating model, IT

architecture and controls framework)

                              Responsible for analysis, solution design and quality assurance to ensure delivery

quality and business benefit realisation

Responsible for ongoing assessment of requirements to ensure the delivered

solutions meeting the stated requirements

Responsible for communication of the status of deliverables, key issues, risks &

dependencies

Responsible for escalation to the Aladdin Practice Manager & Operations Change

Manager any issues that are causing

significant risk to delivery of agree initiatives

Manage relationships across all interested parties to ensure delivered solution

satisfies the stated requirements

The identification of risk and development of strategies to mitigate risk

Planning and implementing appropriate processes and procedures for the

management of operational and financial risks

Key skills and experience required for the Aladdin SME

Educated to degree level

Strong Business Analysis skills including business process change and technology change

Good financial services experience ideally including investment management

organisations

Good understanding of the investment management business, fund structures and

processes

Good understanding of the regulatory environment the investment management

business operates within.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective stakeholder management including senior managers, and ability to work well

with others at all levels

Fully competent in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and

methodologies
