Lead Tester required on a permanent basis for a leading global provider of financial administration solutions. The successful Lead Tester must be able to actively engage with other Lead Testers and Senior Test Analyst to make most effective use of team resources and to provide opportunities for professional development and knowledge transfer and have proven Test Lead or Test Manager experience of successful project implementations.

As a Lead Tester you are expected to:

** Be able to perform the tasks of a Senior Test Analyst and champion the associated tasks and behaviours;

** Actively engage with other Lead Testers and Senior Test Analyst to make most effective use of team resources and to provide opportunities for professional development and knowledge transfer;

** Champion quality and accuracy to your team at every opportunity;

** Be able to mentor your team to meet the requirements of their role as Test Analyst or Senior Test Analyst and show generosity in sharing knowledge;

** Take an active role in ensuring the welfare of team members;

** Own the test preparation, execution and reporting on single/ multiple phases of testing or small projects;

** Act as a technical escalation for team members;

** Demonstrate that you are an expert in the field of testing;

** Actively and consistently seek to extend your knowledge and understanding of the tools, processes and standards associated with testing

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

** Proven Test Lead or Test Manager experience of successful project implementations

** Demonstrable experience of manual testing

** Familiar with Automation Testing

** Jira

** Working in an Agile environment

** Working on more than one project/product simultaneously

** Managing QA resource and delegating testing tasks

** End to End testing and test planning across multiple systems and platforms

** Understanding and appreciation of user journeys and customer experience

** Content Management

** Projects involving various permutations of test data requirements

THE CLIENT

A leading global provider of financial administration solutions, working in partnership with over 7000 clients including Asset managers and investors, Business managers and asset owners. The client provide the infrastructure through which assets are secured or deployed in both regulated and unregulated markets.

LOCATION

This role will be based in the clients Bromley office and has fantastic transport links into central London and Kent including Train, Tram and Buses. The office is in close proximity to a large shopping centre which includes a number of high quality restaurants.

SALARY

The client are able to offer a base salary of £40k per annum and offer a great benefits package.
