Project Manager required for a required for a leading provider of financial technology solutions based in London. The successful Project Manager must have Knowledge of Product based IT solutions and technical knowledge of web based, multi-tiered technologies, including the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and knowledge of CRM, Private Wealth, portfolio management and/or dealing technologies

About the role

** To be responsible for planning, organising and managing application service delivery projects, which exceed customer expectations and to be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timescales, scope, quality standards, processes and cost.

** Identifying requirements, addressing various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders as the project is planned and carried out to ensure

** Customer Satisfaction and Quality Controls are met

** Realisation of Revenue & Cost Targets

** Ability to deliver the agreed scope to the committed schedule with any deviations controlled through Change Control

** Actively managing the RAIDS profile of the project.

What is required

** A confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and in writing

** Self-Starter with the passion and energy to succeed through leading the initiative and driving/motivating the resources that work on the project

** A problem solver, with thorough analytical skills to drive the project forward through appropriate solutions (demonstrating good conflict resolution skills)

** Outstanding organiser who structures the project, its activities and priorities, a committed schedule and core change management skills

** Knowledge of Product based IT solutions and technical knowledge of web based, multi-tiered technologies, including the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

** Knowledge of CRM, Private Wealth, portfolio management and/or dealing technologies

** Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Clarity and Google Suite would also be highly desirable

What you’ll bring to the team:

** To build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to C level, with the ability to negotiate and demonstrate resilience when required

** The Project Manager will be accountable for the end to end delivery of implementation projects associated to the clients core products (in line with the Key Measures above)

** Implementing the project in line with relevant methodologies, which align to the clients needed

** Identifying project stakeholders, prioritising demands, establishing the project goals, undertaking an impact analysis (including understanding contractual issues surrounding customer(s) and their projects) and understanding the customer requirements

** Produce a plan that delivers the agreed scope within the commercial

** Defining the RAIDS, Reporting and Communications plan

** Defining the Quality Plan, Testing Plan, Cut-over Plan and associated targets

** Ensure stakeholder sign-off for all project deliverables
