Summary:

A new position with the HPE Aruba EMEA Operations team, the Program Lead will own the administration, development and deployment of Services360 for the EMEA organisation.

This position will require a very detailed knowledge of existing IT infrastructure utilised within HPE, including the core systems, system interactions and a strong knowledge of the HPE Aruba Services environment in order to successfully ensure the smooth usage of S360.

The candidate will need to quickly identify key players in a spectrum of HPE functions, successfully building relationships with function leads to guarantee collaborative success.

The candidate will be the frontline engagement between HPE Aruba Services division, HPE Aruba Channel users and HPE leads, holding responsibility for process creation, trainings and detailed documentations.

The Program Lead will form part of the EMEA Sales Operations Team and will report to EMEA based Operations Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

* Necessary to be fully proficient in use of S360,

* SAP knowledge will be beneficial to this role in order to work solutions end-to-end,

* Identify & collaborate with key HPE function leads, and liaise with existing team to identify gaps in current process and tool capability,

* Audit current S360 environment for value-add enhancements and potential for refinement, initiating and coordinating improvements for technical or business processes, systems and behaviors,

* Identify, analyze and prioritize technical or business related processes improvement-opportunities and problems,

* Support operational modifications with early involvement in change evaluation and process risk assessments:

* Liaise with IT for bug-fixes or tool enhancements as required by the business,

* Lead & engage on testing for future releases or defect fixes that will impact Aruba partners,

* Own the Aruba BU sign off to IT for all product releases, whether net new functionality or bug-fixes

* Primary point of contact for both internal & external audiences with respect to:

* Trainings on use of the tool,

* Troubleshooting issues encountered,

* Prepare training materials for external usage,

* Responsible for successful on-boarding of new partners to the tool,

* Communicate changes, downtimes (planned/unplanned), content of releases to Aruba partners in a timely manner,

* Manage the fallout error report (contracts that do not generate OPEs automatically due to different reasons),

* Liaise with global E-commerce team on any initiatives that need to be deployed to Aruba partners,

* Reporting of deployment status and tool usage for Aruba partners

* Work on ad-hoc projects / exceptional requests to drive successful launches,

* Proactively share updates and ensure all deliverables & dependencies are highlighted the earliest possible time.

Experience and Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in an Operational or technical role, preferably in a large competitive MNC,

* Commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization,

* A strong business mindset is key, with a 'run to the fire' attitude; driving an action-oriented culture: you deliver on your promises,

* Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach,

* Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort

* Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Sig-Sigma / Agile Methodology knowledge is an advantage,
