Quantity Surveyor | Central London | Leading Construction Company

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor with construction site experience to work for a leading consultancy based in Central London. This is rare opportunity to join a company who have an impressive portfolio along with an excellent reputation within the construction industry.

This Quantity Surveyor position focuses on delivering construction services from a consultancy-based environment. The applying Commercial Manager will be managing key client projects in the UK and abroad.

Reporting to the head of the department, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be running and managing a number of fit out projects up to £5 million in value and will oversee all commercial and cost management aspects of the projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study.

* Ideally a professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or working towards professional qualification.

* Ideally experience working on CAT A and CAT B fit out projects.

* Proven working experience in on site project delivery

* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment

* Strong contractual knowledge.

Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position

* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
