My client based in Manchester is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to start as soon as possible and hit the ground running on an initial 3 month contract.
As the Service Desk Analyst you will:
* Being able to provide support for customer queries without excessive help
* Being able to provide general support for customer queries without excessive help
* Being able to provide general support for customer queries without excessive help
* Measured through feedback from customers, other teams and team leaders
* Measured through phone stats
* Being able to provide general support for customer queries without excessive help
Requirements for Service Desk Analyst:
* Customer Service
* Communication skills (both verbal and written)
* First Line IT Support
* Problem Solving
* Microsoft operating systems
