Expanding web development agency, specialising in eCommerce, is looking for new member for their small team in Honiton.

They build bespoke online shops and highly customised Wordpress sites for a small but growing set of multi-million pound publishers and retailers. Their success in helping grow businesses has resulted in them attracting new customers and they need to expand their dedicated team.

They need you to help them help their clients to continue to grow their businesses.

It could be you help find a better way to present products on mobiles, push out their clients wonderful imagery through Pintrest or keep their clients well placed for all their favorite key phrases on Google.

You'll be burrowing deep in the backend of their system through MySQL databases and PHP logic and creating imaginative Javascript that makes using their shops fun, fast and simple for the buyers.

There'll be plenty of technical challenges that can only be solved by good creative thinking and brilliant implementations. They strive for a complete view of the web, not just efficient code. So if you're a user focused web developer then come and join this company..

The successful Developer should be:

- Qualified to degree-level or equivalent with development experience in industry

- Proven track record of creating a long standing maintainable system

- A team player who can work to tight deadlines under pressure

- Fluent in both spoken and written English

- Able to work as part of a small team, with the flexibility to respond to urgent issues

Key skills:

- WordPress Plugin Development

- PHP & MySQL Object Orientated PHP web development (OOP OOD)

- HTML5, MooTools, JQuery, Javascript, CSS3

- Linux Systems Administration - Apache LAMP

- PHP Model-view-controller / MVC frameworks CodeIgniter / Kohana, Zen

- Version Control - GIT

- Experience with SOAP based APIs would be advantageous
