Software Engineer - (Embedded Software / Software Verification)

Cheltenham

6-month initial contract

We are currently on the hunt of several Software Engineers to be on boarded with our client in Cheltenham on an initial 6-month contract basis. Applicants should hold experience within the aviation/aerospace sector including the following:

Type 1:

Software Verification- Role includes, but not limited to, the following activities:

* DO178 Verification, DAL B

* Embedded Systems

* Integration Testing,

* Agile - scrum and or Kanban

* Test procedures,

* Test Scripts,

* Unit test

* Review and acceptance of test

* Analysis of systems test procedures against Software HLRs

* Interfacing with Team and leadership

* Verification Analysis

* Tool qualification activities

* DOORS

Type 2:

Embedded Software Development - Role includes, but not limited to, the following activities

* DO178 Development, DAL B

* Implementation of requirements changes

* Investigation and implementation of Problem reports and change requests

* Interfacing with Team and leadership

* Review and re-work of design artefacts

* ADA or other embedded experience

* EA

* DOORS

* Agile - scrum or Kanban

* Requirement review and disposition
