Position: Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

Package: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum + car/allowance

Location: Manchester

A leading, international Commercial Construction specialist are looking for a Site Manager with CATA&B experience to join their team and drive some exciting projects.

This is a growing company and there is real opportunity for the right Site Manager to progress and develop with a vibrant and forward-thinking company.

The successful Site Manager must have extensive experience within Commercial Fit Out projects, specifically CATA&B works. The successful Site Manager will also come from a process and procedure led environment.

Key Requirements

The ideal Site Manager should:

* Have at least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager within Commercial Construction in the UK

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Full UK Driving Licence.

Remuneration

As Site Manager, you will receive the following:

* Salary between £40,000 - £47,000 per annum DoE

* Company car/allowance
