QA Tester (Financial Services)A prestigious Financial Services organisation are seeking an innovative QA Tester who desires an opportunity to develop their knowledge within automation testing. The QA Tester will take on a core responsibility within the test team with an opportunity to progress through the company into a more senior role in the near future.The QA Tester will perform a broad range of actions including performing both functional tests independently and UAT tests using test runs built within Team Foundation Server. This role provides the opportunity to extend your skills within a range of automation tools and techniques within a sociable, relaxed environment. Advising the test team on risks and trends, the QA Tester will drive the communication of the manual and automation test scripts whilst maintaining a real importance in the direction of both the test team and the company.Core QA Tester required skills:

'€¢3+ years testing experience'€¢Experience working in automation testing (eg. Selenium, Soap UI, UFT)'€¢Previously worked developing API or UI Test Frameworks'€¢A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle'€¢Proven ability to efficiently write robust tests within an unversed sector'€¢Proficient with SQL'€¢ISTQB Foundation Certificate'€¢Strong communication skills

QA Tester desirable requirements:

'€¢Previously worked within Continuous Integration or DevOps'€¢Exposure to Performance Testing'€¢Visual Studio Team Server'€¢Experience of Security Testing'€¢Graduated in a Computer Science related degree
