One of our key clients are currently a seeking Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a project in the West London area in the Rail/ Civil Engineering

Over the past 30 years our client has grown organically to become a highly established Main/Principal Contractor, undertaking major, multi-disciplinary, construction projects.

Requirements:

* Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously

* Able to manage projects from concept to completion

* Worked on all forms of NEC3 option A

* Able to work well within a team environment

* Experience working on large schemes up to £40 million

* Experience in the heavy Civil Engineering industry such as Piling, Earthworks, Geotechnical structures and Groundworks

* Experience working on Rail track, Platforms, Embankments and other Rail disciplines

* Ability to work on Compensation events, Sub-Contract Management and CVRs.

Rate: up to £385 per day

Location: West London

Duration: 6 months
