Training Manager

Responsibilities:

*Support the capability development and Project Managers by taking a training perspective on all Equipment/Logistics deliverables.

*Assist in the collation and generation of training artefacts to support the interim and final training solutions.

*Act as the linkage with the stakeholders within the organisation

*Support the development of an interim Training Solution for deliverables and internal Project.

*Engage with external training organisations as directed by the Training lead.

Essentials Skills:

The ability to measure and support training outcomes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of supporting training needs to projects/programmes and working in teams delivering results to challenging timeframes.

My client requires a candidate to own and manage the internal training deliverables.

Desirable Skills:

Ability to work closely and collaboratively with all levels within the project teams.

Knowledge of APMP, ITLL and Agile Methodologies.
