A prestigious financial services organisation, based in Buckinghamshire, is looking to grow their IT team with a passionate PHP developer to work on a number of legacy and greenfield applications in a thriving development environment.The role: PHP DeveloperSalary: £40,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on experience)A global leader in their field, there are many exciting areas to work on in the business throughout the financial sphere. Owned by a very large holding company, they are regularly acquiring new financial businesses meaning your work may change regularly to focus on new applications, websites, large and sensitive data sets, and many more.The software side of the business has had a real drive over the past 5 years, with a continued push into the future to adapt new technologies and grow in tandem with the ever-expanding technological world.What they're looking for in a PHP Developer:- PHP Version 5+- LAMP Stack- Linux, Apache, MySQL, MSSQL- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript- jQuery, BootstrapDesirable attributes in a PHP Developer:- Experience with security or Transport Layer Security encryption- RESTful microservices- Software testing- Version control, GIT- Virtualisation (ESX)- Mobile developmentYou will be joining an expanding team of 4, including 1 analyst and 3 developers to work on various exciting financial focused web applications both legacy and greenfield.
