Location: North West

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Package

Project Manager Overview

A highly successful regional contractor and developer, has an unprecedented opportunity for a Project Manager to join their high calibre team to deliver projects from conception to completion.

The contractor focusses on delivering on Major High Rise Projects in Manchester and Liverpool.

Given the investment within these major cities, my client has been the focal point of delivering some of the most prestigious developments

Project Values range from £40m - £100m+

Given extensive investment, expansion and their pipeline, they are now looking to acquire yet another high calibre Project Manager, to deliver multiple sections of their up and coming Major Projects.

Project Manager Requirements

* The successful Project Managers will have strong High Rise Construction backgrounds

* Experience in the pre-construction phase of the projects

* Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering or construction based subject

* Minimum of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid in date

* Located local to both Merseyside & Manchester

Package:

* £55,000 - £60,000 + Package

* Other benefits (to be discussed)
