An excellent role on offer for a Continuous Improvement Engineer looking to join a market leading company where you will shape the lean manufacturing department and work in a technically challenging role.
Have you got a Green Belt qualification? Do you have experience of working within a manufacturing environment?
This company are Europe's leading Power Supply Company and provide specialist products around the world. They design and manufacturer specialist electronic products on a global scale. As a result of continued success they have introduced lean manufacturing principles into their business. Therefore they are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be instrumental in the growth of the business.
In this role you will lead and drive continuous improvement operations within a manufacturing environment. You will also analyse all aspects of production to identify opportunities for improvement.
This role would ideally suit a Continuous Improvement Engineer who is looking to make a stamp in a brand new lean manufacturing environment, and where you will play a pivotal part in the growth of the company.
The Role:
*Lead and drive continuous improvement principles
*Liaise with key inspectors on a global scale

The Person:
*Need to have a Green Belt qualification
*Need to have worked in a manufacturing environment
*Live local to Portsmouth
