Service Manager

My client urgently requires a Service Manager to come in and be responsible for the delivery of pre-defined services, managing the Identity and Access management service for the customer as part of a high profile transition project.

Duties / Responsibilities would include the following:

*IT Service Management

oManage the Identity and Access management service, ensuring key deliverables are achieved

oIdentify and manage service improvements, where necessary to improve quality, react to issues or better align services to meet customers' needs.

oUnderstand the role that the Identity and Access management services perform within the customers' business.

*Change Delivery Management

oEnsure that changes to our services go into life successfully.

*Business Leadership

oEnsure that the team you lead understand the business strategy, customer priorities and their role within both.

*Relationship Management

oPrimary interface to one or more stakeholders within the customer organisation, maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with other teams within the organisation

*People Management

oPerform any Line Management responsibilities for all Direct Reports. Ensure that your team, direct and virtual, is appropriately motivated and engaged

oSupport the communications strategy in support of the organisation
