The CRM developer will be working for the one of the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for over 15,000 dogs each year through its network of 20 rehoming centers in the UK - and one in Dublin. The client has been involved in every piece of legislation affecting dogs over the past 126 years.
The client is recruiting for a CRM Developer to work as a key member of our IT Department working on development, maintenance and support of our bespoke systems.

Experience needed by the CRM Developer
A dynamic person is essential in this role, as liaising with users and 3rd parties will be necessary in order to carry out the full development life cycle (including gathering and understanding requirements, carrying out analysis, providing advice and solutions, development, testing, implementation, live support and adequate documentation). You will also need to be adaptable and enthusiastic, with commercial astuteness, strong people management skills, a readiness to take ownership and a real hands-on approach.
Liaising with external Business Partners is necessary so written and verbal communication will need to be clear and concise at all times.
Skills Needed by the CRM Developer
Essential:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience (minimum 3 years)
Demonstrable proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
Demonstrable proficiency in developing and implementing entities, forms, business workflows and processes
Advanced SQL expertise (minimum 2 years)
C#, JavaScript and/or .NET
Experience of the full software lifecycle
Ability to gather requirements from end users and translate this to technical specifications
Experience with environment management
Ability to work both in a self-motivated way and as part of the wider team
Ability to identify risks and issues
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work both in a self-motivated way and as part of the wider team
Desirable:
Ability to Install, configure, maintain and upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience with web services and api’s; SOAP, XML, RESTful Web Services
Experience developing and maintaining complex real time interfaces across multiple technologies
Microsoft Dynamics CRM accreditation
Python
Development experience in a data integration/ETL tool such as Scribe, SSIS, Informatica, Oracle
Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
