Senior Project Manager | Central London | Leading Consultancy

One of the largest consultancies in the UK are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Project Manager to be based out of their new and modern office located in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a leading cost consultancy who are passionate about their workforce and invest heavily in their training and development programs.

The successful Project Manager will be joining their division which focuses on delivering high value developments for a number of prestigious clients. Reporting to the director of this particular division, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of developments mostly within the residential sector.

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager position:

* Ideally a consultancy background, however my client will consider a contractor or consultancy background also.

* Longevity with previous employers.

* Experience working on residential new build and/or fit out projects.

* Previous experience managing a team of Assistant PMs and Project Managers

* Solid understanding of both JCT and NEC forms of contract.

* Experience working for demanding clients.

* Previous experience working for a large consultancy firm will be advantageous

Remuneration for this Senior Project Manager position:

* £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

* Travel allowance.
