One of our key clients are currently seeking Freelance Quantity Surveyors to work on projects across the South East and the Lower East Midlands

These positions include Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor, and Assistant Quantity Surveyor and involved on projects valued up to £20m

Over the past 30 years our client has grown organically to become a highly established Main/Principal Contractor, undertaking major, multi-disciplinary, construction projects.

Requirements:

* Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously

* Able to manage projects from concept to completion

* Worked on all forms of NEC3 and JCT

* Able to work well within a team environment

* Experience working on large schemes up to £40 million

* Experience in the heavy Civil Engineering industry such as Piling, Earthworks, Geotechnical structures and Groundworks

* Worked for subcontractors previously on large scale projects

Negotiable rates

Location: various locations from Northampton - South Coast
