Change Consultant - Employee Services

We have an opportunity for a Change Consultant to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with one of our telecoms clients, based in London. The Role

Provide change management and adoption services to the Employee Services Function in the delivery of employee experience transformation, covering devices tools and workplace across 110,000 employees, plus subcontractors and external users of these services (includes key vendors, IT service providers outside of the client, offshore and onshore contractors), impacting 10m customers both internally and externally. This is a vital role in ensuring that we deliver an outstanding employee experience and supports the delivery of benefits associated with enhanced innovation, effectiveness with a 5% reduction in cost to serve our customers.

Responsibilities include

* Provide change management and adoption services to the Employee Services Function in the delivery of employee experience transformation, covering devices tools and workplace across 110,000 employees, plus subcontractors and external users of these services (includes key vendors, IT service providers outside of the client, offshore and onshore contractors), impacting 10m customers both internally and externally.

* The change management and adoption services includes provision of change management tools, resources and planning advice and execution and will involve

* driving change management and adoption in the areas of culture and leadership, ways of working, site communities, communications, RAPID decision making, on boarding and off boarding, training and support as well as the people framework, to the full range of customer personas ensuring that their needs are met and that the client is recognised to be a brilliant place to work and grow your career

* developing resources as needed to grow a centrally reusable repository

* working to ensure that adoption of change initiatives are aligned across the transformation portfolio

* collaborating with group functions and transformation portfolios

* developing maturity models and ensuring we have insight into our growing maturity as we adopt change

* Act as assurance on gate reviews regarding change management and adoption

* Overarching Change Leadership

* Develop our change management strategy and capability across IT and play a leading role on people, culture and change communities for Employee Services

* Leading on the change management and user adoption strategy/ principles for respective transformation programmes

* Leading best practice and providing thought leadership in transition of various services and programmes

* Ownership of overarching transition and adoption strategies

* Act as assurance on gate reviews regarding change management and adoption

* Overarching Change Leadership

* Develop our change management strategy and capability across IT and play a leading role on people, culture and change communities for Employee Services

* Leading on the change management and user adoption strategy/ principles for respective transformation programmes

Essential skills/Knowledge

* Strategic thinking: formulates long-term plans, objectives and priorities; can design both people and commercial impact.

* Transformation, change management and adoption: has an understanding and experience of project management and change management principles to drive both people and business change and an ability to deal with change resistance.

* Knowledge of change management and adoption in the areas of culture and leadership, ways of working, site communities, communications, RAPID decision making, on boarding and off boarding, training and support as well as people change

* Problem solving: deals easily with abstract concepts, ambiguity and complex problems.

* Consulting/influencing / negotiating; effectively persuades and influences at all levels, can gain cooperation in complex scenarios; can navigate conflict and ambiguous situations.

* Inspiring others to deliver successful transformation.

* Telecoms industry understanding

* Employee services, IT tools, desktop and workplace understanding

Must have technical / professional qualifications

* Highly likely to possess a qualification to a degree level, in a discipline such as computer science, business, management or psychology.

* Highly likely to possess project/programme management; change management, communications, employee services and/or transformation specific qualification
