A brand new and exciting role has recently arose for a Service Desk Support Analyst with strong skills and knowledge of Windows Server to join a growing organisation based in Marylebone, London. The Service Desk Support Analyst will work with various senior stakeholders to ensure the IT systems are running effectively and efficiently. You will work with various technologies and get the chance to learn specialist technologies like Caseware and CCH. As the Service Desk Support Analyst you will also be the first point of contact for any IT problems that the organisation may face.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent benefits
