Test Analyst Lead - Insurance

Hertfordshire

A leading insurer based in Hertfordshire require an experienced Test Analyst Lead to join their test team on a permanent basis. The day to day responsibilities of the role will include delivering test strategies and test plans for all new developments and enhancements. The role will also involve the maintenance and expansion of the current IS test strategy, moving towards more automated testing. The successful test analyst lead will be responsible for the Test Team, providing day to day management and mentoring to the Junior Testers. The successful Test Analyst Lead will be working with New Policy & Admin systems & new applications for the organisation. Requirements:

- ISTQB or ISEB Qualification

- Proven Track record in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience leading Test teams.

- Practical Experience implementing automated test tools

- Experience testing web-based applications & a working knowledge of web-based technologies

- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Visio, Project & Office

- Experience of working within the general insurance sector (Desirable)

- Awareness of Test tools such as Selenium (Desirable)

- Experience using Jira (Desirable)
