Opportunity for an ambitious Maintenance Technician to kick start their career with a market leader offering full, specialist training and progress to Manager.

Do you have experience as a Maintenance Technician? Are you looking to get full training and progress your career to a senior level with a well-established industry leader?

This expanding company are going from strength to strength and are renowned for being the UK's leading FMCG businesses. They have solidified their prominence in the market place, as they work with some of the largest retails companies in the country. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to take on Technicians to train up and develop internally.

The role will involve mainly on-site work on their press machines. This will include diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, preventative maintenance, some reactive maintenance and working to the planned maintenance scheme the company provides.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has an understanding of bearings, motors and shafts in a maintenance capacity. You will be trained up electrically. Here is an excellent chance to work for an expanding industry leader, where you will receive the training to become a specialist engineer and progress internally to a senior level.

The Role:

* Maintenance Technician (Mechanical)

* Preventative Maintenance

* Fault finding / diagnosis

* Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Mechanical equipment

* Shift - 3 days on, 3 days off

* £26'000 - £32'000 + Full Training + Progression + Pension

The Person:

* Engineering background

* Mechanically experienced

* Looking for full training and progression

* Happy to work 3 days on, 3 days off
