QA Test Engineer (Manual Automation XML JSON Java). As a QA Test Engineer you will work with the QA team to ensure the quality of their flagship high performance multi-threaded trading application. You will be testing newly developed software, existing software upgrades and deployments to ensure that quality is maintained to the highest standard. Other responsibilities will include; testing new functionality and regression testing different software applications, managing any defects identified throughout the development lifecycle and contributing to the QA strategy.

Requirements:

*Previous experience within a QA Test Engineer role

*Knowledge of testing backend systems using JSON and XML

*Understanding of testing methodologies and their application

*Experience with Manual, Automation, Integration and Regression testing

*Agile, BDD and TDD experience

*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar

*Desirable: Java, finance experience
