This is an opportunity to join a technology company (IT and LED products) that has been established for more than 25 years. They are based in NW London (Neasden/Wembley Park).

They are on the lookout for a confident, self- driven and hands-on 3rd Line Engineer who loves technology and learning new things. The jobs involves supporting the internal/external network, PC infrastructure and business applications with some 1st line support. Since they are a technology company the job involves testing and supporting some of their end-users on their products (training given).

Work includes:

- Windows Servers, Desktop OS and Active Directory

- Strong virtualisation (VMWare and VCenter) abilities

- Networking, switches, routers and firewalls (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

- IP Telephony.

- MS Exchange

- MS SQL experience will be a bonus

- IT Hardware

- Business applications

- Backup and DR

- Reliable self-starter

- Ability to think through problems

- Build resilient solutions

- Good documentation skills

- Great communications skills

Desirable skills / experience: Degree in an IT related subject with MCITP / MCSE / VCP qualifications and 3+ years' experience. Immediate start available.
