SAP Concept Owner Supply Chain, or Finance- Helsinki - Permanent EUR60,000 per annum
Our end user client is currently undertaking a global SAP transformation programme and requires hiring SAP Concept owners in Supply Chain and Finance.
To be successful in your application you will need to have some knowledge of configuration, or development.This Concept Owner role is a key role in the IT organization reporting to the SAP Concept Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Responsible (in modules area) for project deliverables like configuration, developments, integration/interfacing to other applications/services and technical documentation in conjunction with our 3rd party SAP provider
* Responsible for the deployment and design of SAP heavily integrated applications in the assigned SAP module area
* Ensuring technical solutions meet agreed business requirements
* Works with the process owner to advise on technical feasibility of blueprinted solutions
* Responsible for the design and delivery of interface to other application and 3rd party providers
* Provide/vet technical specifications to 3rd party provider(s) for delivery of configuration services and development changes
* Technical assessment and approval of all Change Requests in their module area(s) for project and non-project work as per CR process in conjunction with the process owner(s)
* Adhere to the defined SAP Change Request process
* Provide guidance to the support analysts (who are in front line SAP support) as experts in their area
* Work closely with key roles to deliver of design and changes in this module/area
* Ensure end-to-end design compliancy with the other Concept Owners and System Architect
* Work with the Authorization manager to identify appropriate roles in their area
* Work with the data management team to specify any data requirements as part of the project
Technical Skill Set:
* Strong technical IT business systems background
* Proven track record in applications deployment and support
* 3+ years general SAP experience especially in module area
* Familiarity with all related modules within full SAP solution
* Experience of at least one SAP implementation/upgrade essential
* Business background and knowledge of processes in area of focus
