Senior Project Manager | Central London | Consultancy

I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading independent construction and property consultancy who have a first class reputation and are experts in managing complex projects. This is an excellent opportunity to drive forward your career working on challenging and exciting projects in and around Central London.

This is position will offer a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager the chance to join a friendly and professional team based out of thier new mordern office located in Central London. This role is suitable for a delivery-based Senior Project Manager who is capable of leading projects through to completion.

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager position:

* Must have a solid consultancy background.

* Longevity with previous employers.

* Solid understanding of both JCT and NEC forms of contract.

* Experience of working for demanding clients.

* Strong track record of delivering complex new build and/or fit-out projects on residential, commercial, retail projects.

* Previous experience managing a team of Assistant PMs and Project Managers

* Experience working for a large consultancy practice is advantageous.

Remuneration for this Senior Project Manager position:

* £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

* Car or travel allowance.
