Senior Project Manager | Central London | Consultancy

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking consultancy who have an exceptional reputation within the construction industry. This company operate both within the private and public sectors and are involved with some of London's most iconic construction projects.

I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an experienced and driven team who focus on delivering commercial fit outs and office developments for a number of high profile clients. All the projects will be based in Central London and the successful Senior Project Manager will be seconded to a particular client to oversee large commercial fit outs and new build projects.

Key responsibilities

* Liaising with the client, contractors and designers.

* Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc.

* Preparing written project communication materials.

* Preparing formal project progress and other reports.

* Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.

* Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking.

* Tracking and documenting changes.

* Producing project plans.

* Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.

Experience required for the Senior Project Manager position:

* Must have experience delivering large commercial fit out or new build projects with values exceeding £20m.

* Ideally consultancy background, however I will consider Project Managers from a contractor or developer background.

* Must have extensive contract administration experience.

* Proven longevity with previous employers.

* Previous experience managing a team of Assistant PMs and Project Managers

* Experience working for a large consultancy practice is advantageous.

Remuneration for this Senior Project Manager position:

* £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

* Travel allowance.
