Lead Software Developer (Java 8/Scala/ReactJS/SQL)

£45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
An exciting start up business based in central Bath are growing their development teams following a successful round of investment. This company is building an award-winning data visualisation product unlike anything else!
They're primarily looking to hire a number of experience Lead/Senior developers to join the business to oversee the growth of their agile development teams. This is a great opportunity to work with really interesting, cutting-edge tech and build on your existing team leadership/mentoring skills.
Your split between leadership and hand-on dev work will be about 50/50.
About you…
* A minimum of 5 years commercial experience coding in Java or Scala
* Javascript experience, they use React but any framework will be considered
* Experience mentoring Junior Developers
* Experience of developing Clean Code
* Experience with SQL
* You must be technically strong, my client's product is very complex so they're looking for the best!
