Responsibilities

* Develop solution options and prototype solutions by configuration of applications within MS Dynamics CRM, and engage with stakeholders to agree on optimal solutions.

* Demonstrate how requirements are met and delivered, including any gaps not delivered, options considered and manage business decisions.

* Gathering, analysis and management of business requirements and translate these requirements in solutions based on 'out of the box' capabilities for Dynamics 365.

* Provide functional and technical guidance.

* Utilise tools to configure and customise business solutions to meet business requirements and processes while continuing to develop and update system and process documentation associated with the solution delivery.

* Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.

Requirements

* Experience working as a business or a solutions analyst, developer, tester or similar project environments.

* Experience within a full project lifecycle and an understanding of Requirements Management.

* In-depth understanding and experience of configuration and operation in Dynamics CRM.

* No minimum formal qualification, however, ISEB certification, BCS Certification or TOGAF or equivalent would be desirable.

This is a chance to act as a Senior Functional Consultant, in partnership with UK business stakeholders as a key member of the UK MU IT team, to provide solutions and deliverables to translate business ideas into business/process outcomes and technology solution designs.
