Communications Administrator

We are actively looking to secure a Communications Administrator to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role purpose:

Our client's IT team is transforming. It is an ambitious change that will require our people to think and act differently. Reporting to the IT Transformation Campaign Lead (Communications), this role will create and deliver communications that engage our people in the transformation, winning their hearts and minds, with a particular focus on channel management.

Key accountabilities:

* Community management - Delivering and evolving the community management strategy. Activities include: maintaining schedule of activities/calls, responding to community requests, preparing presentations, shaping content and drafting / reviewing communications.

* Communications management - Supporting the delivery of the communications plan. Activities include: maintaining distribution lists, drafting / reviewing copy, maintaining websites and other publications (briefing packs, posters), and driving social media strategy.

* Event management - Delivering the event management strategy. Activities include: venue bookings, speaker coordination, managing invite list, set up / take down, print management and delivering supporting communications (event invite, presentation, video production, surveys).

* Transformation room management - Overseeing 10 rooms spread globally and dedicated to representing the change journey. Activities include: Ensuring the rooms contain up-to-date information, managing local contacts, print management and distribution

* Provide support to the CoE event/activity co-ordination, gate governance, document management.

* Support tracking change management and adoption requests and activities within the CoE.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

* Strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail.

* Ability to develop rapport quickly with diverse audiences and understand their priorities.

* Ability to manage events, from planning to delivery.

* Good writer, comfortable with drafting and reviewing communications.

* Ability to communicate effectively via PowerPoint, email, social media and other channels.

* Comfortable with working in a busy environment with evolving priorities and competing stakeholders.

* A passion for communications, change management or community management.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

* Experience supporting a change or communications team.

* Demonstrated strong organisational skills.

* Demonstrated ability of developing relationships with diverse audiences.

* Ability to communicate effectively via different channels.

* A delivery focus and ability to get the job done.
