Senior Business Analyst (Agile)

Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £350-400/day (outside of IR35) based in Glasgow.

The Role:

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team, who are transforming the services provided by the organisation. The team is multi-disciplinary combining software engineering, user experience design, user testing, QA (among others). You will be working in a continuous delivery environment.

Requirements:

* Experienced Business Analyst with experience working in the public sector.

* Proven ability working in a fully Agile environment with experience of Scrum and Kanban.

* Experience in digital transformations and projects

* Managing the functional and non-functional requirements process; elicit, analyse, control and communicate the requirements.

* Create/uphold relevant documentation: user stories, test cases.

* Identify and/or work with Test Analysts to define, acceptance criteria appropriate to the business needs and their objectives.

* Experience with BPM and business process mapping would be advantageous.
