Facilities Supervisor

This position based in Cardiff will allow you to work with a collaborative and enthusiastic team that share goals to maximise efficiency.

This role provides the opportunity to manage a team and progress into senior management roles. You be managing and overseeing a team of electricians, liaising with and developing relationships with customers and increasing productivity within your team to contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical background and qualifications through an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent and a combination of IPAS, PASMA and any of the following: SMSTS, SSTFS, IPAF, PASMA.

The role:

*Management of a team of electricians

*Liaising and developing relationships with clients

*Report on KPI's

The person:

*Ideally 5 years management experience

*Possess an apprenticeship in electrical engineering or equivalent

*Have an electrical background and experience in facilities or building management
