Project Coordinator - Junior PM

* Negotiable Daily Rate

Contract position for an experienced Project Coordinator/ Junior PM working with Global ICT Services & Solutions company on site with large retail organisation in Dublin City Centre.

This position will be working on large scale infrastructure implementation project.

Must have experience working it MS Projects/ SharePoint

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Understand the generic full project lifecycle

* Support for the Project and Programme Management teams

* Carry out day to day Administrative tasks

* Provide and alternative contact point for the Customer

* To work with the Project teams to ensure cost controls are applied

* To work with the Project teams to ensure Revenue milestones are met and the invoices raised

* Assist the Project teams in the creation of Project documentation (PID/Acceptance documentation/Documented plans)

* Understand logistics and staging required for infrastructure projects

* Assist the Project Manager in the coordination of resources

* Maintain the ROI Project Hub

* Ensure that the Risk, Assumption, Issue & Dependency (RAID) logs are up-to-date

* Ensure that documentation is uploaded

* Assist the PM team in Spotlight and weekly reporting updates

Required Education and Experience

* 3rd Level IT based qualification or relevant experience

* 5 years as a PCO or in a similar project support role

* Project Management Foundation level skills

* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* Project Accounting experience - production of an FSR

* MS Project

* SharePoint
