* Have worked in global delivery model and teams spread across the world
* Minimum 10+ years of work experience in PeopleSoft HCM as Functional consultant and worked at least 3 PeopleSoft Upgrade / Implementation projects
* Drive requirement gathering sessions with client team
* In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules / features and provide lead functional expertise
* E-Compensation

* Fluid UI
* Workforce Administration, ESS, MSS
* Monitor Absence
* Perform Fit-Gap analysis to assess clients existing Business process to vanilla functionality
* Lead Fit-Gap Sessions to recommend alternative Business process solutions, moving to Vanilla etc to accommodate any gaps
* Conduct design discussions with client and present the functional design
* Configure the application to meet all identified requirements
* Conduct Conference Room Pilot sessions for demonstrating 9.2 functionalities and proposed solution for client
* Support Testing teams in identifying test scenarios and test data
* Training the client on new features / functionalities
* Good communication and client handling skills
