Client Workspace Consultant - Implement/Design/Support to Client/Infrastructure

Mandatory Requirements

                     Working knowledge of English (level to be specified: B2 or higher).

                     More than 7 years’ experience in designing, implementing and supporting client infrastructure based on Microsoft Windows

                     Professional experience on at least 3 projects with responsibility for designing and implementing Microsoft Windows on client endpoints

                     Professional experience on at least 3 projects with responsibility for operational support of Microsoft Windows on client endpoints

                     Professional knowledge of Windows 10 image creation, update and maintenance based on technologies such as MDT, Altiris

                     Professional knowledge of security controls and policies definition/maintenance, including patch management and updates, possibly based on technologies such as Altiris, Bitlocker, Device and Credential Guard, Active Directory.

                     Professional knowledge of virtualizing client Operating Systems (Windows 10) with different virtualization solutions (Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V) including assessing and mitigating security risks

                     Professional knowledge of evaluation of non-standard requests for client endpoints and application components

                     Professional knowledge of Windows 10 hardening methods and policies

Tasks to be performed

The consultant will perform the following tasks/services:

                     Design and implement enterprise-grade deployments of client endpoint infrastructure (MDT, Altiris, etc.) and administration of client based Operating Systems (Windows 10) and related set of software application packages and scripts.

                     Design and implement a security baseline for client endpoints by patch management solutions (Altiris), endpoint security software (Symantec, Checkpoint, Window 10 Enterprise features like Bitlocker, Device and Credential Guard) and client-side policies.

                     Specify and review technical standards for ICT client infrastructure solutions including relevant security controls, aligned with the overall Architecture guidelines to ensure manageability and full understanding of technical consequences.

                     Evaluation of non-standard requests for client endpoints and application components by scoping and developing, to deliver a solution meeting the requirements.

                     Design and implementation of virtualizing client Operating Systems (Windows 10) with different virtualization solutions (Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V) including assessing and mitigating their security risks.

                     Acting as a third level support, perform technical analysis, investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents or problems affecting the ICT client infrastructure and contribute to ICT-wide technical knowledge management.

                     Create technical design of ICT client infrastructure solutions in accordance with architecture guidelines and standards, translating high-level solution architectures into concrete designs, procedures and specifications of ICT client infrastructure solutions.
