A Lead QA Engineer is required for my SaaS industry client based in Southampton. They are looking for someone to join them as soon as possible.Lead QA Engineer - Salary between £30k-£50k per annum depending on experience. The client is pretty flexible on seniority/experience.Lead QA Engineer - The role:As the Lead QA Engineer you will be a part of product function within my client. The Lead QA plays a crucial role in their objective to enable applied AI by ensuring the stability and scalability of their platform.As a Lead QA Engineer, you'll collaborate with the wider team to manage and update their QA strategy, liaise between development and management to ensure the team is meeting their commitments, and develop automated tests and other testing tools to aid the team in assessing product quality.Lead QA Engineer - Skills required

'€¢Automation testing experience'€¢Either Java or Python experience (experience with both would be desirable)'€¢Experience creating, leading and executing QA strategy'€¢Desire to mentor and grow junior team members'€¢Experience working with microservices (desirable)
