Experis' long term client are currently recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer in Central Edinburgh.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced leader to join a hugely successful, global SaaS company with strong focus on Cloud.

What will the role involve?

This position will see the successful candidate become responsible for delivering Cloud Based SaaS services to a wide range of Global Blue Chip organisations. The role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally.

As CTO, you will have budgetary and technical roadmap accountability, delivering a market leading platform which is resilient, regulatory compliant and secure. You will maintain a strong knowledge of competitive products and identify opportunities to strengthen the product and platform.

You will have responsibility for the performance of several teams and will be a key decision maker in future technical recruitment.

What experience do I require?

You should have expert knowledge of cloud platforms and security. This is a hybrid environment with both AWS and Azure utilised by the organisation.

You must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to produce both continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Stakeholder engagement is absolutely critical to this role and a proven track record of managing complex technical environments is a must.

You will have the ability to produce and deliver technical reports at board level, developing strategies to match the growth of the product and business.
