A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a globally established and market leading business at their Bedford office. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be providing expertise covering product support to licensed customers.

The Application Support Analysts have a responsibility to ensure that service levels are met and that both customers and internal departments receive a timely response to their requests.

The successful Application Support Analyst will take ownership of customer Incidents and ensure timely and effective solutions are provided. Along with this, the Application Support Analyst will be building strong relationships with Business Analysts, Knowledge Specialists and Technical personnel.

Skills and experience required for the Application Support Analyst:

* Previous experience in a customer-focused application / software support role

* Troubleshooting skills

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Effective communicator, written and verbal.

* Works effectively in a team.
