Test EngineerA leading Software Development organisation in West Yorkshire are looking for a Test Engineer to join a talented engineering team to help develop a framework and analytical applications. The Test Engineer will be a creative and innovative tester who brings new ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of their testing on website and mobile applications.The Test Engineer will be joining a cross functional team to work closely with Senior Testers and management. This is a great opportunity to join a medium size team and develop your understanding of automation tools and techniques such as continuous delivery and TDD / BDD.Test Engineer Role:The Test Engineer will be part of an innovative and creative work environment where they will receive a comprehensive induction and be supported to carry out your role and to progress within the company. '€¢Taking initiative to provide solutions that scale and improve overall the test workflow'€¢Design, develop, execute and maintain test cases covering all aspects of the software development lifecycle'€¢To increase end to end test coverage within web and mobile applications'€¢To integrate solutions into the continuous deliver process'€¢Precisely recording outputs and logging defects with precision

Test Engineer Qualifications:

'€¢Previous technical and software testing experience'€¢2+ years industry manual test experience'€¢Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments'€¢Strong communication skills'€¢Strong knowledge of how tech stacks work coinciding to form a product'€¢Are passionate about software testing which you can clearly convey by your actions and experiences'€¢And have excellent communication and decision-making skills

Test Engineer Desirables:

'€¢Previously worked in a start-up environment advantageous'€¢Exposure to automation testing on web or mobile applications beneficial
