Functional Analyst - Digital - 3 Month Rolling Contact - Reading

My client, a multinational food, snack and beverage company are looking for a Functional Analyst to join an existing team providing support services to a number of websites including the process behind the creation. The role will be a 3 month rolling contract and can offer around £150 per day.

Project/Role Description:

* The role is part of an existing team that is responsible for the support of a number of applications and websites.

* The team are responsible for the process behind the creation of these sites and applications as well as liaising with a number of departments across the business including external suppliers.

* The role will be handling a number of back end processes for the creation of new sites for new markets and areas, this will involve handling the request and working with the marketing group to provide and feedback on issues.

* The role may be well suited to a graduate looking to make a start in a large company and learn and develop in a structure environment.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should have excellent communication skills as you will be working with a range of internal and external stakeholders and clear communication is essential.

* Candidates from a digital background are encouraged to apply as the role will be at the heart of the clients' digital operations and gives you a chance to develop.

* The team is responsible for Incident and Change Management so any exposure in those areas would be beneficial but isn't essential.

* A good level of IT literacy is also essential, additionally any 2nd/3rd line support experience would be an advantage.
