Job Role - HR Functional Consultant

Duration 3-6 Months

Location - Barrow in Furness

Work Activities:

§ Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the CATS staff time sheet project, and working with the team to translate these into a functional specification and detailed test plans.

§ Working with SME's to integrate with data sources and solutions

§ To provide the link between the customer and development team regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

§ Quality assurance of development team to ensure deliverables will meet requirements

§ To design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts.

§ Assist in preparation of user (UAT) and system integration (SIT) test plans

§ Leading workshops, meetings and calls to capture the business requirements and resolve related issues or conflicts of requirements

§ Reporting progress to the project manager

§ Escalating issues to the project manager

§ Identifying and communicating any risks to the project manager

Skills / Attributes Required:

§ Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting business processes.

§ Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.

§ A proven track record in SAP HR and particularly CATS timesheet configuration

§ End to end experience of the project lifecycle

§ Proven experience interacting directly with end users.

§ Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills

Clearance: Security Cleared (SC)
