Senior Project Manager | Central London | Consultancy

I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. This well established and well known company operate within the private and public sectors and are involved with high value new build and fit out projects across a range of build sectors.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be based out my clients London office and will be involved with large residential, commercial and hotel projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy who have an outstanding reputation within the construction industry and an impressive project portfolio.

In terms of progression and professional devolvement, this company will provide support to become charted either down the RICS or APM route in addition to providing a clear path to an Associate position.

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager position:

* Must have a solid background working as a SPM / PM on construction projects worth over £40 million.

* Consultancy, contractor or developer background.

* Experience leading large projects with values exceeding £40 million, ideally within the residential, commercial or hotel sectors.

* Longevity with previous employers.

* Previous experience managing a team of Assistant PMs and Project Managers

* Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.

* Experience working for a large consultancy practice is advantageous.

Remuneration for this Senior Project Manager position:

* £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

* Travel allowance.
