Our client is a successful consultancy based in Cambridgeshire who are looking for a Lead Software Business Analyst who is looking to extend their career within an Agile software team.

The main responsibility for the successful candidate will be to lead other Business Analysts, perform scrum master type duties, produce prototypes and support the Head of Project Management with managing the delivery of improvements to the software products.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Business Analyst within the IT sector and have knowledge of Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and be able to communicate at all levels with the likes of project managers, developers and clients.

Leadership qualities are essential and previous experience leading in a team is highly desirable.
